900 Litre Flotation Module

The rotationally moulded modules are made from high impact and stress crack resistant UV stabilised polyethylene and are designed to be bolted to a structural frame. Modules are hollow and are fitted with a top entry inspection port. Modules have the ability to be filled with ballast to increase stability or change the pontoon draft and free board. Modules can also be foam filled for additional security if required. Special feature includes service channel along full length of flotation module.

The rotationally moulded modules are made from high impact and stress crack resistant UV stabilised polyethylene and are designed to perform multiple tasks which include, but are not limited to:

• swimming pool enclosures for suspending shark netting
• siltation screens
• floating electrical cables on the surface of the water
• small suction pipes

They can also be used as a floating barrier or
individually as marker buoys.
The float includes 4 mounting holes along its length for mounting equipment or apparatus.

The rotationally moulded modules are made from high impact and stress crack resistant UV stabilised polyethylene and are designed to float a 200mm diameter pipe. Modules are supplied with the additional security of
polyurethane foam filling.
The pipe float consists of two halves that clamp around the pipe and fix with stainless steel bolts.
